"I scheduled an appointment to have my bike worked on a week ahead of time. I arrived on time and was told that it could not be worked on for a day or two. The service department is pathetic. Wasting my time and being dishonest is not a way to keep me as a customer. I surely would not reccommend this place of business to anyone I know."
