"THERE IS A LOCAL HARLEY DEALERSHIP CLOSE BY, HOWEVER THEIR FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE NEEDS SOME ADJUSTING. THIELS WAS THE NEXT OUR NEXT CHOICE IS WAS JUST OVER AN HOUR AWAY. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED END TO THE STORE. I FELT WELCOMED, REGARDLESS IF I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OR NOT. SINCE MY FIRST TRIP TO THE STORE MY HSBAND AND I HAVE BOUGHT THREE BIKES FROM THEM, HAD SERVICE DONE. I LOVE THE HELPFUL ADVICE THAT COMES FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IT HAS NEVER BEEN ABOUT THE DOLLARS YOU SPEND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO ACHIEVE THE BEST FINAL PRODUCT. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT HAS COME THROUGH SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I WAS LOOKING TO UPDATE A PIECE OR TWO ON MY BIKE. OUT OF ALL THE BIKE SHOPS MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN TO. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIELS IS THE BEST AND MORE SHOPS SHOULD LOOK AT HOW THEY DO BUSSINESS."

"Recently I had a miscommunication issue that was causing me a problem with an attempt to purchase a new bike, however, after making contact with Mark the owner and Frank the sales manager the issue was resolved satisfactorily, things went smoothly, the transition went great and we left with a new bike. I would put Thiel’s Wheels far above any other dealer in central Ohio for purchasing a motor cycle and I wouldn't hesitate to business with them again. We are more than happy with our purchase. "I always wanted a Harley touring bike. In 2006 when I first began considering purchasing my Harley I considered 3 dealers, Roeders, Thiel's Wheels & Hales. Price wise all 3 were "comparable". We really like the Salesperson at Roeders but they were beginning to have problems. We choose Hales as they are close to our home and I was concerned about service close by. (4 miles vs. 40 miles.) So in 2008 we bought our Ultra. We were happy with our purchase but over the past 4 years something was lacking. When I considered parts upgrades, I would have to order the parts at Hales but Thiel's had them in stock and I could usually get 20% off if I bought a bike raffle ticket. That was a big savings on $1,500.00 or $2,000.00 of parts plus a chance to win a bike. Service wise the majority of my normal service was at Hales but the appointment leadtimes were stretched out. Recently I had a stator / rotor issue. Close to home was 3 weeks out. I called Steve Cundiff at Thiel's and he got me in within a week. This was great because of the number of PGR mission I do every week I could not afford to be without my bike for 3+ weeks. While they were replacing the stator & rotor, they also addressed some additional issues all under my Extended Service Plan. My thanks go out to Steve Cundiff, the mechanics at Theil's Wheels & Thiel's Wheels in general for getting me back on the road again in quick order and for having all those upgrade parts I purchased over the last couple of years. Youv'e won me over so 40 miles is just a nice ride through the country to get my bikes service taken care of. I give Thiel's Wheels 5 stars. Keep up the good work and to quote Arnold, "I'll be back.""

"Despite the fact that there are four Harley dealers closer to me than Theils Wheels, I have purchased to bikes from this dealershps. The sales experience is much better than in the Columbus area. I'll buy my next bike there too.
Although its a 70 mile trip, I also take my bikes to Theils for all service. This is is a great shop, and I have appreciated working with guys like Steve, who take the time to listen to my concerns and are always honest with me.
Unlike many of their competitors Theils always gets a bike done when they say they will. My wife and I take long tours each summer and do so with great confidence after a Theils mechanic looks over the bike. They give me honest advice and what I need and what can wait, rather then trying to sell me things I don't need yet.
Recently I thought I was hearing a noise in the primary and got the bike to Theils. I was releived to learn that nothing was wrong, and even more pleased to learn that two different techs rode the bike to confirm that all was well.
I can't give a higher recommendation for any dealer than Theils Wheels. I wish they were closer to Columbus, but the quality service deparment makes the trip worth the time."

"I will rate Thiels as the best dealer in Ohio so far. First what owner of a dealership sees you pull up to their store and see burnt rain gear on your pipes and said "you dont mind if I take your bike back and get that of for you" that would be Marc. Then second their service Steve took care of a problem an other dealership north of there caused lets say thats why i left the river mad. Service well done ,not only that, calls keeping me up todate from when Russ went up north picked my bike up to the time Steve called and said we got your bike done heading to get washed. Marc and his crew care about their customers in all aspects, they all are active in bike nights, community services like riding for boobies and much more. Marc I give you two thumbs up way up."

"I bought my bike new and have had all my service and any repair or adjustments done here. I buy addons etc at Thiels and usually have them installed here. I have dealt with several dealerships over the years (40+) of riding, and Thiels is my favorite.
The employees have become friends and I feel welcome when I come in, when I purchase parts everything is explained to me to make sure I will like what I want to do to my bike.
The service department is excellent as far as I'm concerned, I am totaly happy with their work on my bike, and the techs will explain anything that I need to know about what has been done to my bike. The service manager always works with me to get me scheduled to work out to the best of my convenience. Steve especially has gone out of his way to help.
The girls in the accessories dept. are very helpful and a lot of "fun" to deal with... All in all Thiels will remain my choice of dealerships, and a place I have recommended to many of my friends and I have passed out a lot of business cards to friends looking to buy or get service or accessories.
To sum it up, I've found a friendship that I'm sure will last.. Keep up the good work, you have a great dealership and staff.. Probably see ya soon.. "
