Welcome to the family and Thiel's Wheels Rider Rewards! This program is our way of rewarding you for choosing Thiel's Wheels as your dealership. This program is offered to all customers at no cost, subject to the program terms and conditions. Points are available through purchase and bonus points are available for special events.

How it Works

First: Get a Rewards Card From Thiel's Wheels. We'll associate your card number with all future purchases. Come back to this webpage to create an account with your new rewards card and you can track and manage your points online.

You will receive 1 point for every $1.00 you spend at Thiel's Wheels in Parts, Accessories and MotorClothes (excluding taxes, sale items, labor, collision and warrenty work). And 1,000 points for all major unit purchases. Your first rewards coupon is available at 250 points. Your rewards increase at each point level. You may choose to accumulate points over the course of the program period. Once you decide to redeem a coupon, the points will automatically subtract from your total. Spend your rewards points on Parts, MotorClothes and Service! (Not valid towards the purchase of a motorcycle)

Your points will continue to grow as long as a purchase is made once every 365 days. If a purchase is not made within 365, the points value will reset to Zero.

North Central Ohio HOG Chapter #2101 Members will receive double points on Parts, Accessories and MotorClothes purchases (Bike Purchases will still receive a flat 1,000 points. Any parts put on a bike deal will not receive double points).

How to Track Your Points

Points are accumulated through purchases and special events and will be posted for purchases in 24-48 hours and special events in 48-72 hours. You can access your account by visiting www.twheelshd.com and clicking "Rewards Login" under Customer Corner.

How to Use Your Points

Points are accumulated through purchases and special events and will be posted for purchases in 24-48 hours and special events in 48-72 hours. Your membership number and access code are on the back of your card right under the barcode (membership is on top in the format HJXXXX). Please note: if you are having trouble accessing your account, you may be entering zeros as the letter O and vice versa. You membership number will only contain 2 letters following by 4 numbers. Your access code located below the membership number may include a combination. Zeros are typically skinnier than the letters. You will then have an opportunity to establish a username and password to access your account.

Terms and Conditions

Certificates must be redeemed within 30 days of the print date.

Employees of Thiel's Wheels are not eligible for the program. Anyone with a store discount for any reason will not be eligible to participate.

Points and rewards have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.

Thiel's Wheels reserves the right to discontinue the Rider Reward Program privileges and/or all of or a portion of a members balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Thiel's Wheels also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Rider Rewards Program at any time.

All points are given at the discretion of Thiel's Wheels.

Any or all discrepancies are decided by Thiel's Wheels management and the decision is final.
